Markie Atkission 

Markie joined Frost Investment Advisors, LLC at the inception of the adviser in 2006. Markie also joined Frost Bank, the parent company of Frost Investment Advisors, LLC, in 2006. She specializes in taxable fixed-income products such as Treasuries, corporate bonds, asset-backed securities and commercial mortgage-backed securities.

Markie is the co-manager of the Frost Low Duration Fund and responsible for developing strategic and tactical views on sector allocation and security selection. She also performs daily portfolio management analytics on fixed-income strategies and other accounts.  

Markie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas Tech University.
