Tim Altree 

Tim joined Frost Investment Advisors, LLC in November of 2008.  Prior to his role as Managing Director, Tim served as a Chief Compliance Officer. Tim’s primary responsibilities include marketing and developing institutional investment management relationships for the Adviser and developing client-focused service to the firm’s diverse institutional investors throughout the country.

Prior to joining the Adviser, he was the President and CCO of A&S Capital Management, LLC, an investment adviser registered with the state of California.  Prior to his time with A&S, Tim spent 12 years working with Laffer Associates, serving as President and CCO of Laffer’s wholly owned Broker/Dealer, Laffer Advisors, for eight years.  He was also the CCO and Executive Vice President of Laffer Investments, a registered investment adviser, for seven years. 

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
